梅菜肉鬆炒四季豆
材料:
免治豬肉140克、甜梅菜梗85克、四季豆200克、蒜蓉1茶匙、紅甜椒或長紅辣椒(切粒)適量
醃料:
粟粉1茶匙、水1湯匙、胡椒粉少許、油1茶匙
調味料:
淘大頭遍油菜豉油13/4湯匙、淘大純芝麻油1茶匙
做法:
1.免治豬肉加醃料拌勻。甜梅菜梗洗淨後,搾乾水份,切粒備用。
2.四季豆摘去頭尾及撕去豆邊老根,切粗粒及飛水備用。
3.燒熱油,爆香蒜蓉、梅菜及豬肉,加入四季豆及紅椒粒炒勻,
下調味料不斷炒至汁乾,即可。

Stir-fried Preserved Vegetable and Pork with Green Bean
Ingredients: Minced Pork 140g, Preserved Vegetable 85g, Green Bean 200g, Minced Garlic 1 tsp, Diced Red Pepper or Red Chili to taste
Marinade: Corn Starch 1 tsp, Water 1 tbsp, Pepper to taste, Cooking Oil 1 tsp
Seasoning: Amoy First Extract Vegetable Soy Sauce 1 3/4 tbsp, Amoy Pure Sesame Oil 1 tsp
Method:
1.Marinate the Minced Pork. Rinse the Preserved Vegetable, wipe dry and chop into dice.
2.Tear off the veins and stalks of Green Bean and cut into sections. Blanch Green Bean in hot water and drain well.
3.Heat the pan with oil, stir in Minced Garlic, Preserved Vegetable and Minced Pork. Toss in Green Bean and Red Pepper. Add in the seasoning, stir well and serve.
